Job Summary

The Stores Clerk at APDL will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manage the movement, storage, and issuance of raw and packaged materials, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient operations.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify proper documentation
• Maintain clean, tidy, and safe storage areas
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts and ensure accuracy
• Issue materials to manufacturing and verify correctness
• Keep precise records of logs and inventory

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

• Diploma in Business Studies or a related field
• At least two years of experience, preferably in a factory setting
• Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail
