Job Summary:
We need a skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage risks well and design the organization's financial strategy. It is a very crucial and difficult job because a business can only be in business if it keeps an eye on and protects its money.
A CFO needs to know a lot about all parts of managing money, from basic accounting to big banking and investing activities. To get full control of the company's finances and long-term growth, the goal is to protect its sales and earnings.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make decisions about the company's investments by looking at its cash flow and liquidity risks;
- Drive the company's financial planning;
- Manage risk by looking at the company's debts and investments;
- Oversee and assess the organization's strategies for raising money and its capital structure
- Make sure the organization's cash flow is right for its operations
- Oversee all finance staff (controllers, treasurers, etc.)
- Manage connections with vendors
- Make sure that your current and future reports are accurate.
- Set up and run the company's financial IT system.
- Make sure you follow the law and the rules of the company.
- Oversee a group of financial analysts and controllers
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or similar position
- Deep understanding of corporate financial legislation and risk management standards
- Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Good at using MS Office and financial management software like SAP.
- Able to plan and solve problems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good at talking to people and communicating.
- Good with numbers and able to think analytically.
- Having a CPA is a big plus.
- A BSc or BA in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required. An MSc or MBA is a plus.
