Role Overview

• As Chief Operations Officer you will oversee Strategic Operations
•  Participate in corporate planning and execute operational plans
•  Policy Creation
•  Guide efficiency improvements and lead optimization efforts.
•  Digital Innovation and Process Enhancement Implement corrective measures and boost productivity
•  Quality Assurance Supply Chain and Compliance
•  Ensure adherence to standards and regulations
•  Performance Oversight Risk Control and Budgeting
•  Monitor performance risks and finances Leverage data insights for informed choices 
• Track and report KPIs to gauge organizational success 
• Coordinate seamlessly with departments like Finance Human Resources ,Sales , Marketing IT , Procurement ,Manufacturing and Operations to meet company objectives
