Job Summary

The Civil Engineer at Infinity Computers & Communications Company Ltd (I3C) oversees construction and civil works projects, ensuring they are safe, cost-effective, and aligned with company goals The role combines technical expertise in building economics with skills in project tendering and cost analysis to deliver high-impact infrastructure projects

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead building and civil works projects from start to finish
• Prepare competitive project bids, proposals, and technical documents
• Conduct economic and quantitative analysis to ensure project cost-effectiveness and value
• Develop and monitor budgets for supplies, labor, and equipment
• Ensure all projects comply with quality, safety, and environmental regulations
• Submit timely technical and financial reports
• Engage clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support project success

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Skills:
Proven experience in project bidding, cost management, and quantity surveying
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Atlantis-3D, Microsoft Project, and MS Office
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and quality management systems
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, such as marketplaces, schools, housing complexes, and highways
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
Cost-effective and detail-oriented project management approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
