Role Purpose
Single point of contact for EVERY client in Uganda. Drive retention, upsell services, resolve incidents on-site, and ensure 100% contract renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily client engagement & instant issue resolution
- Strategic account planning & revenue growth
- Lead incident response & on-site investigations
- Draft & secure contracts (manned guarding, alarms, CCTV, CIT, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales for market research & leads
- Produce weekly/monthly client reports
- Advise management on client strategy
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction score
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Marketing, Public Admin, Social Sciences or related
- 5+ years Client Relations in a busy security company
- Freshdesk/CRM software experience (huge advantage)
