Job Purpose
Drive sales of electronic security technology (CCTV, alarms, access control, AI monitoring) while maintaining high service standards and growing market share without compromising Securex reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to retain and acquire clients
- Create schedules with clear targets and contact estimates
- Promote and demonstrate tech security products
- Conduct market research and competitor surveys
- Inform management about new products/services
- Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and presentations
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Resolve client concerns professionally
- Collaborate with teams to close sales
- Submit status reports and meet targets
- Follow up on service contracts
- Organize promotional events to clear stock
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Marketing, Public Admin, Social Sciences, or related
- 5+ years selling technology security equipment in busy security company
Key Skills
- Marketing and customer service excellence
- Organization and time management
- Strong communication (verbal/written)
- Computer literacy: MS Office suite
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
