Job Summary

The CPECC 2025 Graduate Trainee Program - Mechanical Engineering offers recent graduates a 6-month opportunity to contribute to the Tilenga Oil Development Project in Buliisa District The role provides hands-on experience in Uganda’s oil and gas industry, focusing on mechanical engineering tasks, with a commitment to full-time on-site training

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Commit to full-time on-site work in Buliisa District during the 6-month training period
• Maintain a positive mindset, discipline, and effective teamwork
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adhere to training requirements and operational guidelines

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

Competencies: 
Great skills in both speaking and writing 
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Buliisa District 
Positive mindset, discipline, and ability to work well with others 
Preference given to candidates from Hoima, Buliisa, Nwoya, Kikuube, Masindi, and Pakwach districts
