China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) owns the China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation which is based in Uganda

It is a part of big oil and gas developments in Uganda notably the Kingfisher and Tilenga projects

CPECC Uganda is looking for recent graduates who want to work on the Tilenga Oil Development Project and help Uganda's oil and gas industry grow

• Education: A bachelor's degree in an area relating to environmental science,  public health industrial hygiene or something similar
• Date of Graduation: You must have graduated in the recent two years
• Academic Performance: You should have good grades (preferably upper second class or better)
• Skills:
• Great written and spoken communication skills
• A good attitude discipline and willingness to work as a team
• Other Requirements: You must be willing to work full-time on-site in Buliisa District during the training period
• You must also provide a letter of reference from your university and a transcript of your graduation

For graduate trainees it can last up to six months
