Hofokam Ltd is looking for a Credit Risk Manager to find evaluate and manage credit risk throughout the company while making sure that the portfolio performs well and follows credit regulations.

 This job also directly oversees Branch Heads to make sure that credit risk controls are working well and that the branch is running smoothly. The job makes sure that Hofokam keeps a high-quality loan portfolio limits losses and follows responsible lending procedures

• Managing Credit Risk:
  • Create and put into action credit risk policies procedures and frameworks that fit with Hofokam's level of risk tolerance
  • Find new credit risks and suggest ways to reduce them
  • Review loan products and credit processes on a regular basis to make sure they are still useful and strong
  • Manage the process for approving loans and go over high-risk credit decisions that branches have sent up
• Supervision of Branches:
  • Give Branch Heads regular performance appraisals and feedback
  • Make sure that Branch Heads follow risk policies credit quality requirements and portfolio growth goals by keeping an eye on them
  • Review the performance of branches with a focus on the health of their loan portfolios trends in delinquency and compliance with operating rules
  • Go to branches often to check on risk management offer help and make sure that corrections are made when they are needed
  • Help branches that aren't doing well with certain actions
  • Encourage all branches to have a culture of performance accountability and constant improvement
  • Make updates every three months about how well branch leaders are doing
• Monitoring the Quality of Your Portfolio:
  • Keep an eye on how well the loan portfolio is doing at all branches (for example Portfolio at Risk NPLs and write-offs)
  • Look at how risks change over time in different sectors products and geographies and write reports for management
  • Start and run portfolio review meetings and suggest strategic changes when they are needed
