Role Purpose

Provide safe, punctual transport for Mota-Engil staff, guests, and executives. Maintain vehicles in showroom condition and represent the company with professionalism on Kampala roads.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick/drop staff per schedule (airport runs, meetings, site visits)
• Run errands (mail, packages, bank runs)
• Daily vehicle checks: lights, brakes, tires, fluids
• Assist passengers with luggage/boarding
• Clean interior daily + weekly exterior polish
• Minor repairs + mechanic coordination
• Accurate logbook + accident reports
• Fuel management + cost tracking
• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• UACE (A-Level) or equivalent
• Valid Ugandan driving license (Class B, CM, DL)
• 3+ years professional driving (corporate preferred)
• Defensive Driving Certificate (added advantage)
• Clean driving record — no accidents
• Excellent Kampala route knowledge
