Technical Requirements

• Highly organized and process focused
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of CRM to manage customer interactions effectively
• Good IT skills e g Microsoft Office Word Excel Power Point

Experience

• Minimum 1 year work experience in fleet management or customer service role
