We are looking for a competent Service Center Manager to lead our consumer appliance repair department The successful candidate will oversee technical teams, ensure quality repairs, and drive operational efficiency

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical teams to ensure quality repairs
  • Manage service center operations and workflows
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective repairs
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Coordinate training for technical staff
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Prepare reports on service center performance

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
ExperienceAt least 4 years of experience in service center management or technical operations
SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of appliance repair processes Excellent customer service and communication skills Organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage technical operations efficiently
