Job Summary

Jibu is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who is aggressive and focused on the customer As the store's face, you'll be in charge of daily sales, customer service, keeping the store clean and friendly, and keeping the stock levels up Your work will directly affect how well the Jibu brand is seen, how happy customers are, and how well the store does overall

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

Coordinating Customer Service and Sales

• Be the main person who walk-in customers talk to
• Use the online Point of Sale (POS) system to plan and carry out sales in the store
• Get customers involved to get their thoughts and build stronger ties
• Make sure that your customers have a good experience that is in line with the Jibu brand values

Store Operations and Inventory

• Make sure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Keep an eye on stock levels and organize resupply when necessary
• Work closely with the store staff to make sure that customer orders are filled on schedule

Brand Representation and Outreach

• Spread the word about the Jibu brand in the store's area
• Support efforts that make your brand more visible and get customers more involved

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Other Qualifications and Skills:
Good at talking to and getting along with others
Having worked in sales, retail, or at the front desk before is a plus
Basic understanding of inventory monitoring and point-of-sale systems
Organized, aggressive, and focused on the consumer
A person who works well with others, pays attention to details, and loves helping others
