Job Responsibilities

  • Increases client numbers in assigned segment to meet business goals
  • Identifies and collaborates with new and potential business partners to boost payment adoption
  • Understands prospective client business needs and recommends suitable Airtel Money products and services
  • Oversees client onboarding from contract signing to product training and retention
  • Conducts market research with customers and Airtel group to propose impactful products and services
  • Develops marketing products solutions and activities to expand segment business and revenue
  • Creates business cases to enhance new product development for segment and Airtel Money
  • Assists IT in prioritizing product and service development
  • Collaborates with Group Airtel Money to adapt products to financial market and customer needs
  • Creates project plans for new products ensuring execution to Go Live stage
  • Monitors and evaluates performance of financial relationships products and services post rollout
  • Tracks Airtel Money unique users in segment and executes campaigns to grow user base and optimize revenue
  • Conducts daily weekly and monthly performance reviews against business goals
  • Takes corrective actions to address revenue performance issues
  • Manages and maintains partner relationships

Requirements

CategoryDetails
EducationBachelor degree in Business Social Studies or Commerce Post graduate degree in Business Commerce or Banking is a plus
ExperienceAt least five years in business development sales or relationship management in a business setting
KnowledgeDeep understanding of payments ecosystem product life cycles and relationship management
