Job Summary
The Junior Graphic Designer at Graphic Systems Uganda Limited creates engaging graphic content for print and digital channels, working closely with senior designers, marketing, and production teams to deliver impactful designs that align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines
Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create compelling graphic material for print and digital channels
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely delivery
- Collaborate with senior designers, marketing, and production teams to understand project needs and develop effective design solutions
- Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all designs
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs
Key Performance Indicators
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Number of assignments completed
- Response time to feedback
- Number of revisions per design
- Meeting project deadlines and deliverables
Qualifications, Education, and Skills

| Education | Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine art, or a similar discipline |
| Experience | 2–3 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial print design with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects |
Additional Requirements:
Preferably Ugandan citizen
Age: Under 30
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools)
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
Excellent conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to RIP and Roam files
Previous experience in an agency or creative studio setting
Pay
