Job Purpose
Create high-quality visual assets that amplify branding, campaigns, and project communications. Transform complex research and strategic ideas into clear, engaging designs for print and digital platforms — all aligned with client brand guidelines and audience needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design reports, presentations, infographics, posters, social media graphics, and marketing collateral
- Translate research findings and strategies into compelling visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across diverse audiences and formats
- Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines
- Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with printers/production teams
- Stay ahead of design trends and integrate new tools/techniques
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related
- 3+ years professional design experience (agency, media, or development comms preferred)
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proven portfolio across print and digital mediums
- Strong branding, storytelling, and audience adaptation skills
- Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere) a plus
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
