Job Summary
The Manager, Creative and Graphics Design at BondRich Advisory Group will serve as a creative visionary, developing and implementing a robust visual identity for a client in the Manufacturing and FMCG industries. The role involves creating impactful design solutions that simplify complex product messaging and engage both B2B and B2C audiences in competitive markets.
Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including product packaging, trade marketing materials, corporate brochures, and digital platforms
- Lead the creative strategy for integrated marketing campaigns for manufacturing clients, including new product launches, point-of-sale materials, trade show assets, and corporate branding
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of graphic designers, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and productivity
- Manage project workflows and resource allocation
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align creative solutions with business objectives, driving lead generation and sales
- Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., printers, packaging companies, photographers, advertising agencies) to ensure high-quality, cost-effective deliverables
- Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and brand guidelines tailored to the Manufacturing and FMCG industries
Qualifications, Education, and Competencies
- At least 10 years of experience in graphic design, including 5 years in a managerial or lead creative role
- Strong portfolio showcasing extensive work in the Manufacturing and/or FMCG industries
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design applications
- Deep knowledge of print production, color management, and pre-press requirements for packaging and large-scale marketing materials
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and the impact of design on consumer behavior and sales in FMCG and manufacturing sectors
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills
