Education | A degree in an area relating to Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or something similar |
Experience | Experience (at least 1–3 years) collecting, analyzing, tracking indicators, and evaluating data in development or humanitarian programs |
Skills | Good at both qualitative and quantitative research You should be good at using Microsoft Excel and have some expertise with data analysis software (like SPSS, Stata, or something similar) or dashboards Attention to detail, capacity to keep data correct, and great report writing skills You must be able to speak and write in English and some local languages You must be able to ride a motorcycle if you have a valid riding permit |
