To help plan and carry out youth training programs in agronomy, business skills, entrepreneurship, and nursery bed operations so that young people learn skills that will help them get jobs or start their own businesses in the coffee and horticulture value chains
Requirement | Details |

Education | A degree or diploma in agriculture, agribusiness, horticulture, or a similar subject |
Experience | At least one to three years of experience with youth training programs; knowledge of TVET (or skills training) settings is a plus |
Skills | Ability to work in the field and get real-world experience capacity to talk to others, help them, and mentor them; capacity to get young people excited A basic understanding of how to grow a business and how to be environmentally friendly. You must be able to speak and write English and some local languages fluently You must be able to ride a motorcycle if you have a valid riding permit |
