Open Positions: 5 Medical Representatives
We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and eager-to-learn individuals to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to start or advance your career in the vital pharmaceutical industry.
Locations:
- Kampala: 4 Positions
- Mbale: 1 Position
Main Duties
- Promote the company’s range of medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics).
- Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for your assigned region.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Organize and participate in product demonstrations and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all sales and customer interactions.
Requirements
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Academic Background | Certificate in a medical-related field such as Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, or Laboratory Technology. |
| Experience | 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry or a similar sales role. Fresh graduates with a strong drive to succeed in sales are encouraged to apply. |
| Skills | Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, and results-oriented. |
| Additional | Possession of a valid Class A riding permit is a significant advantage. |
