Role Purpose
Deliver **dressed chicken** on time, in perfect condition, and upsell along the route. Act as a mobile salesperson and brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate records, and safe motorcycle operation.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Distribution
- Deliver to shops, restaurants, agents, households
- Verify quantity, temperature, and condition
- Get customer signatures and delivery confirmations
- Return docs and payments daily
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Promote and upsell dressed chicken
- Identify new outlets and share leads
- Communicate promotions and product info
- Handle queries with courtesy
Stock & Records
- Record deliveries, returns, collections
- Report damages, shortages, complaints
Motorcycle Care
- Daily pre-ride checks (fuel, brakes, lights, tyres)
- Keep bike and box clean and branded
- Report issues immediately
Compliance
- Follow traffic, safety, and cold-chain rules
- Wear full uniform and safety gear
- Maintain professional conduct
Qualifications & Experience
- A’ Level or Diploma (preferred)
- Valid Class A motorcycle permit
- 1-2 years in delivery or field sales (FMCG/meat/poultry ideal)
- Strong knowledge of Kampala routes
