Role Purpose

Manage branch operations: sell chicks and feed, control stock, handle payments, lead staff, and uphold BPIL’s image. Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and issue chicks/feed on time
• Coordinate deliveries and reconcile stock
• Order feed/products from mill
• Control stock per SOPs
• Maintain clean, tidy branch
• Ensure advance payments per policy
• Reconcile daily sales and report
• Hit or exceed sales targets
• Provide efficient customer support
• Handle complaints, escalate to vet/sales
• Give accurate product info
• Prepare daily/monthly/annual reports
• Support stock takes and inventory
• Report shortages/losses immediately
• Complete cash reports and chick summaries
• Supervise and appraise branch staff
• Manage petty cash, bank, and mobile money

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Admin, or related
• Recognized veterinary qualification
• 2-3 years in retail/agro shop management
