Role Purpose
Manage branch operations: sell chicks and feed, control stock, handle payments, lead staff, and uphold BPIL’s image. Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and issue chicks/feed on time
- Coordinate deliveries and reconcile stock
- Order feed/products from mill
- Control stock per SOPs
- Maintain clean, tidy branch
- Ensure advance payments per policy
- Reconcile daily sales and report
- Hit or exceed sales targets
- Provide efficient customer support
- Handle complaints, escalate to vet/sales
- Give accurate product info
- Prepare daily/monthly/annual reports
- Support stock takes and inventory
- Report shortages/losses immediately
- Complete cash reports and chick summaries
- Supervise and appraise branch staff
- Manage petty cash, bank, and mobile money
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Admin, or related
- Recognized veterinary qualification
- 2-3 years in retail/agro shop management
