Job Summary

The Sales Manager at OMEL Medical Equipment Limited will lead the sales team, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and expand the company’s market share. This role involves building strong client relationships, monitoring market trends, and collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed organizational goals
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent high performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare, review, and present sales reports and performance updates to management
  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical equipment or consumer goods
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
