Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee all HR operations across the company This role requires strategic thinking, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Administer payroll, benefits, and performance management systems
Provide strategic HR advice to management
Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Requirement	Details
Education	Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience	At least 5 years of experience in HR management
