Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Imports Manager to manage all import-related operations This includes handling logistics, customs clearance, and supplier coordination

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Manage all import-related operations, including logistics and customs clearance
Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
Ensure compliance with import regulations and standards
Monitor import costs and optimize processes for efficiency
Maintain accurate records of import activities
Collaborate with internal teams to align import operations with business needs
Resolve issues related to customs, shipping, or supplier delays

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Requirement	Details
Education	Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Experience	At least 5 years of experience in import management or logistics
Skills	Knowledge of import regulations and customs processes Strong negotiation and communication skills Organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in logistics software Ability to manage complex supplier relationships
