Ranchers Finest seeks a Stores Supervisor to establish centralized inventory control optimize materials planning and forecasting standardize documentation and ensure traceability of critical inputs consumables and materials across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Implement inventory control systems to track stock levels reorder thresholds and movements
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records
Work with procurement to forecast material needs based on usage trends seasonal cycles and operational schedules
Maintain efficient store layout for quick access minimal handling and reduced risk of errors or damage
Implement binning labelling and zoning systems
Ensure accurate consistent and timely documentation of materials received stored issued and returned
Prepare regular reports on product health and material concerns
Authorize item issuance based on approved requisitions
Implement controlled access for high-value or regulated materials
Communicate stock status urgent needs and delivery timelines to relevant departments
Participate in weekly material control and procurement planning meetings
Monitor and report usage patterns indicating inefficiencies pilferage or misuse
Supervise Stores Officer duties to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications and Experience

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Procurement Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience	Minimum 3 years relevant experience in inventory or supply chain management
Skills	Analytical and logical abilities high attention to detail excellent computer skills with advanced Excel proficiency working knowledge of ERP software is advantageous
