Job Summary

The Terminal Sales Manager at ZTE Uganda will lead efforts to drive device sales and enhance brand visibility across Uganda. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in device sales, exceptional market insight, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Preference will be given to Ugandan nationals.

Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Increase ZTE device sales and market penetration in Uganda
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Provide regular sales and performance reports to management

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in device sales or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
