Main Duties: Make a map and examine the youth leadership materials that are already available in Uganda and Tanzania.
Change the content of leadership training to fit the cultural norms and situations in the area Create and build a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer (ToT) program on youth leadership that focuses on including people of all genders and cultures
Use interactive and culturally appropriate methods to teach the ToT program to staff in both countries Help trainers deal with cultural differences in leadership development by becoming a mentor and coach

| A master's or bachelor's degree in a discipline relevant to organizational development education intercultural studies leadership social sciences or something similar |
| At least five years of experience creating and running leadership programs |
| Proven experience in training that is sensitive to gender and adaptable to different cultures as well as Training of Trainers (ToT) |
| Good at communicating and facilitating across cultures |
| Having worked in developing nations is a plus |
