Job Purpose

Serve as the primary client contact and project orchestrator. Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple client projects on time, within budget, and beyond expectations. Bridge strategy, creative execution, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as day-to-day client point of contact; build trust and long-term partnerships
Lead project scoping: timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources
Coordinate internal teams (design, digital, content, analytics)
Track progress against milestones and KPIs; deliver regular client reports
Anticipate risks and solve issues proactively
Manage project budgets with transparency and financial discipline
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
Ensure all deliverables align with client goals, brand guidelines, and agency quality
Present strategies, updates, and results in client meetings

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related
3+ years in account/project management (PR, marketing, or consulting agency preferred)
Proven multi-project juggling under pressure
Strong budget and financial oversight skills
Expert in Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Collaborative problem-solver with client-success obsession
Experience with government, nonprofit, or mission-driven clients a major plus
