Job Purpose

Design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns for diverse clients and internal projects. Combine strategy, creativity, and analytics to grow reach, engagement, and ROI across social, search, and email channels. Collaborate with account leads, designers, and content teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies
Manage social media: content scheduling, community engagement, performance tracking
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, display) with ROI focus
Manage website content, landing pages, and implement SEO best practices
Analyze KPIs, generate campaign reports, and iterate based on data
Support content creation: email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, short videos
Ensure brand consistency across platforms while adapting to audience needs
Stay ahead of digital trends and propose innovative tactics

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related
3+ years in digital marketing (agency, nonprofit, or fast-paced environment)
Proven use of Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO
Multi-campaign management under tight deadlines
Experience with WordPress/Webflow and Mailchimp/MailerLite
Basic design/video skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut) a plus
Strong communicator, detail-oriented, passionate about impactful storytelling
