Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Handle all accounting and oversight for sourcing, financing, and accounts
• Support and monitor the work of Accounts Assistants (training, weekly work plans for task management, performance management, reviewing and approving work before completion, providing guidance and instructions, and approving schedules)
• Plan for the branch's financial needs for two weeks and four weeks at a time
• Verify payment responsibilities before approving them
• Complete entry and categorization of expenses for all transactions in Odoo

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Certifications:
ACCA or CPA
Skills:
Knowledge of or experience in agriculture, agronomy, or agro-processing
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
