Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Oversee casual workers in weighing, stacking, and blending cocoa
• Establish safe and efficient cocoa storage methods in the warehouse
• Manage warehouse conditions, including moisture, pest control, organization, and cleanliness
• Ensure appropriate security measures are implemented in the warehouse
• Conduct weekly bag counts and monthly stock counts

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Skills: 
Fluency in English, both spoken and written 
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel 
Knowledge of UTZ, Fair Trade, and Organic certification programs
