Job Summary

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for setting the learning and development agenda for Jubilee's agency distribution channel.

 As Agency Leadership Training Manager, you will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to equip agency leaders and agents with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for success, sales growth, and fostering a culture of continuous learning throughout the network

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance sales and service quality while building a robust leadership pipeline within the agency
  • Develop and implement customized training initiatives that address performance gaps, increase productivity, and support agent retention
  • Use data-driven feedback to measure and evaluate training program effectiveness, making continuous improvements for optimal impact
  • Identify and nurture high-potential individuals within the agency, supporting their career progression through structured leadership pathways
  • Ensure agents are well-versed in compliance, ethics, and regulatory updates through comprehensive training
  • Lead digital transformation efforts in agency training delivery by leveraging innovative learning technologies

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

RequirementDetails
EducationA bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, business, or a similar discipline, plus a diploma in insurance and the Certified Trainer qualification
Experience7–8 years of expertise in training and development, with at least 4 years of people management experience in insurance agency operations or sales

Skills:
Strong instructional design capabilities and knowledge of adult learning principles
Proven track record of delivering training programs for high-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of agency operations, life insurance products, and regulatory frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
