Job Summary

This senior role is pivotal to the success of our High Net Worth Individual (HNI) strategy As HNI Sales Manager, you will lead the development and execution of plans to expand our affluent client segment through strategic market engagement, recruiting specialized agents, developing tailored products, and increasing premium income

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives to grow the HNI and institutional client base, aligning with Jubilee’s commercial objectives
  • Lead efforts to acquire and retain clients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals to ensure long-term loyalty
  • Drive sales growth through innovative sales strategies, market expansion, and development of investment products tailored to HNI needs
  • Lead and inspire a team of advisors, providing coaching, training, and leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, robust internal controls, and risk management frameworks
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork within the team, prioritizing client-centricity

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

RequirementDetails
EducationA bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related discipline 
A diploma in insurance (preferred)
Experience8–10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or capital markets, with a deep understanding of investment strategies and financial products 
Proven track record of business development and managing relationships with high-net-worth clientele

Skills: 
Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, marketing, and regulatory compliance skills 
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities
