Job Summary

As an Agency Recruitment and Onboarding Officer, you will attract, recruit, and train high-performing agency salespeople to strengthen our sales team at Jubilee Life Insurance This role focuses on building strategic recruitment frameworks and delivering effective onboarding programs to drive sales success

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic frameworks for recruitment
• Lead the end-to-end process of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Establish partnerships with colleges, institutions, and recruitment organizations
• Create structured onboarding experiences and graduation programs
• Ensure compliance with IRA and ITC regulations and maintain accurate documentation
