Job Summary

This strategic role supports our agency sales function by analyzing data, tracking performance, and ensuring seamless operations As the Agency Business Development and Operations Analyst, you will generate actionable insights to drive activations, enhance agent productivity, and contribute to our company’s growth

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all sales activations to ensure consistent achievement of targets
• Analyze sales and agency activity data, create dashboards, and provide recommendations for operational improvements
• Support business growth by identifying new markets, optimizing sales strategies, and managing the sales funnel
• Prepare regular management reports and leverage predictive analytics to forecast trends and client behavior
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making and regulatory compliance

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Certifications:
Certifications in analytics (like Microsoft or Google) and/or insurance (preferred)
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM systems like Salesforce
