Job Summary

As a Bancassurance Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding bancassurance partnerships while driving revenue growth through exceptional service This role focuses on cultivating strong client relationships and achieving sales targets to support Jubilee’s strategic objectives

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure retention and identify new marketing opportunities
• Plan and execute sales activities to acquire new customers and meet daily targets
• Support bank staff with product knowledge training and conduct joint sales calls
• Monitor performance, prepare sales reports, and promptly address issues
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations
• Train bank staff, mentor officers, and collaborate with internal bank teams
