Role Overview
The Cashier is in charge of giving great customer service by making sure that all customer transactions are done quickly and correctly.
This job makes sure that every guest has a smooth and enjoyable payment experience while upholding the highest standards of honesty, professionalism, and brand representation at Java House.
Qualifications, Education & Skills
Education: Minimum Diploma in Business or related field.
Experience: 1 year as a cashier in a similar environment.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Good Conduct
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Knowledge of Micros POS system
Key Skills:
- Strong stress management
- High integrity and honesty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused attitude
- Full knowledge of all restaurant offerings
