Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service by taking and serving food & beverage orders in a clean, friendly, safe, and efficient environment that meets Java House standards.
Ensure guests are attended to promptly and enjoy a positive dining experience
Qualifications, Education and Competencies

| Education | A-Level certificate or qualification in Hospitality or related field |
| Experience | Minimum 2 years of experience as waitstaff |
| Key Requirements | Sound knowledge of menu items and food products Strong upselling skills and ability to promote new menu items . Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proactive team player with positive attitude Strong planning and organizational skills. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems Flexible, adaptable, and ready to work in fast-paced environment Results-driven, articulate, and self-motivated |
