About the Role

As a Credit Officer, you'll be the person that connects Baikal and clients, ensuring that loans go through smoothly while keeping the company's finances in order. You'll check to see if someone is creditworthy, approve loans, and teach clients about the terms of repayment.

Main Duties

Sales and Marketing: Turn potential customers into actual customers during field activations.
Loan Processing: Keep track of applications, maintain records, and gather financial documentation.
Credit Analysis: Use financial data to determine if a client is eligible.
Loan Disbursement: Help clients understand their contracts and ensure they follow them.

Requirement	Details
Education	Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience	2+ years as a Credit Officer (asset finance experience is a bonus).
