Job Summary

Baikal Financial Services Limited is looking for an IT Support Engineer to work in Kampala, Uganda We need an IT Support Officer who is proactive and experienced to manage IT operations, ensure systems function properly, and assist our personnel with technical issues

Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Giving first-level IT help to employees and fixing problems with hardware and software
• Setting up and installing computers, operating systems, and software programs
• Managing the scanning and uploading of documents to vendor and cloud services
• Taking care of and fixing printers, scanners, and CCTV cameras
• Working with vendors on IT maintenance and system licenses
• Helping the microfinance system work and making sure that data processing goes smoothly
• Taking care of digitizing customer documents and making sure that data is stored and protected properly

Qualifications, Education, and Skills

Skills:
Good at setting up hardware and software and networking
Good in talking to people and solving problems
