Role Purpose
Strengthen access to Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), SGBV prevention, and gender inclusivity for refugees and host communities in Adjumani and Obongi. Oversee interventions, manage partners, and drive project design, monitoring, and public-private engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support MHPSS, anti-SGBV, and gender inclusion activities
- Oversee interventions with Component Manager and partners
- Identify needs, design new interventions, manage contracts
- Lead M&E, financial management, and reporting
- Steer interventions with team under Programme Manager
- Engage public/private sectors and CSOs
- Provide technical guidance to service providers and grantees
- Build partner capacity on MHPSS, SGBV, gender
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s/Bachelor’s in Social Sciences, Political Science, Anthropology, Psychology, or related
- Proven experience in refugee/forced displacement contexts
- Expertise in MHPSS, SGBV prevention, gender inclusivity
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination
- Experience in social/economic integration of refugees
