Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities

Set up, take care of, do preventative maintenance on, and suggest replacing tools, appliances, and equipment
Set all controls, gauges, meters, etc to the right level Find, identify, and use all shut-off valves
Order, label, and keep parts and supplies on hand as needed
Keep a record of inventories and purchase orders
Check out machines, tools, or equipment
Use computers to enter and find work-related information
Use the power lift
Finish the life safety checklist, which includes the generator run test and the fire-pump run test Check the valves and alarm systems for the fire sprinklers
Help make plans for how to respond to disasters
Respond to and take care of guests' repair requirements
Help management hire, train, schedule, evaluate, counsel, discipline, motivate, and coach personnel
Follow all company rules and safety and security policies; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and finish all safety training and certifications
Make sure that your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and keep proprietary information private
Greet and thank all guests according to corporate standards Be ready to help guests with their service needs and help people with impairments
Build and keep good working relationships with colleagues, help the team attain its goals, and listen to and deal with other employees' issues in a way that is appropriate
Make sure that quality standards and expectations are met, and find, suggest, create, and put into action new ways to improve the organization's efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost savings
Use precise, professional language while talking to other people
