Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation
- Write manuals, handouts, and other resources for the classroom.
- Find out what training each group needs and then come up with a solution that works for them.
- Help create and keep track of the section's strategic plans.
- Work with stakeholders to help the department and the organization reach its goals.
- Create and deliver financial literacy solutions and content that are useful to the people you want to reach.
Training Management
- Find audiences for training from the universal frame.
- Figure out how to train each of the distinct groups of people in the best way possible.
- Training that is tailored to each person.
- Help people learn about money by putting on workshops and gatherings on the radio, TV, in newspapers, and other places.
- Help reach the goals set out in the general financial literacy strategy.
- Help plan and carry out annual calendar events as planned by strategy stakeholders.
- Find out what training is needed and turn those needs into useful training programs.
- Create and teach training courses, both in person and online.
- Help people learn about money by setting up training sessions and workshops on several platforms.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Keep track of and report on the performance of programs, participants, and the industry on a regular basis as required.
- Use mass personalization and engagement to reach out to both the public and members who are sensitive.
- Keep an eye on and rate the training's effectiveness to make sure that the skills and practices taught are used.
Academic Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, social sciences, or a similar discipline.
- Having training or certification in financial literacy, adult learning, or community engagement is a plus.
Work Experience
- Five (5) years of relevant experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervising role.
- Having a full professional qualification is a plus.
- At least two (2) years of experience running training sessions or delivering programs.
- Experience creating and delivering content for a wide range of audiences on a variety of media.
- Good at keeping an eye on, evaluating, and reporting on the results of training.
- Proven ability to get people from different backgrounds or groups to work together and stay motivated.
