Job Description

To lead ICT Service Delivery, Information Governance, and Business Transformation to make sure the organization gets rapid and professional service The job includes making ICT plans and encouraging business growth that fits with the organization's goals

Main Duties

  • Be in charge of ICT service delivery, which includes the Service Desk, Network Infrastructure, and Security
  • Protect the entity's data assets by managing the Information and Quality Management function
  • Create business intelligence and run programs to change the way the firm works
  • Be in charge of developing systems and getting software licenses
  • Make an ICT strategy and the rules and processes that go with it

Qualifications and Experience

CategoryDescription
EducationA degree with honors in IT, computer science, or a related discipline
ExperienceAt least five years of experience in ICT, with three of those at a senior level

Skills Needed

  • Proven ability to lead and create teams
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually
  • A lot of honesty and privacy

Additional Qualifications

  • ITIL, MCSE, CCDP, or a similar professional qualification
  • Being a member of an IT/ICT professional group
