Job Description

Do technical work that includes analyzing samples of food, feed, and soil in a lab Job duties involve complicated tasks that need to be done by hand, such as pipetting, monitoring, evaluating data, and doing accurate work

Main Duties

• Look at test samples to make sure testing and turnaround times are quick and effective
• Keep equipment in good shape and do quality control work
• Check the inventory and use complicated lab equipment
• Keep track of test findings and make sure the workplace is safe
• Help write and keep up with standard operating procedures

Qualifications and Experience

Necessary Skills

• Basic understanding with MS Office and databases
• Ability to operate alone under stress
• Good in paying attention to details and analyzing things
• Great at talking to people

• Knowledge on how to use lab equipment
