Job Description

This job is very important for managing finances since it involves looking at and reporting on production costs This includes keeping track of, recording, and analyzing all expenditures related to the production process

Main Duties

• Look closely at the costs of making things (labor, materials, overhead)
• Look over cost estimates and figure out why there are differences between real and standard expenses
• Keep an eye on the value and reconciliation of inventory
• Help with budget preparation and make financial reports
• Find ways to cut costs and make processes better
