Job Description

The Sales and Distribution Manager leads and directs a group of sales agents and distributors that are in charge of getting corporate products to customers

Main Duties

• Find and grow sales in both Direct and Distribution channels
• Lead the writing of proposals and presentations to clients
• Predict demand and break into new markets
• Be in charge of co-op advertising and the sales team
• Check how well salespeople are doing

Qualifications and Experience

Skills Needed

• High energy and a good attitude
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics and industrial distribution
• Good at making friends and working with others on a team
• Good at manufacturing technology

Additional Qualifications

• MBA in marketing or a professional marketing degree
