Q-Sourcing Servtec is looking for 20 skilled and experienced Installation Supervisors to work with a big telecom client. This is a technical supervisory position that is very important for making sure that telecom infrastructure is set up and maintained in a timely manner
The Installation Supervisor will make sure that a team of installers gets to their appointments and that all the materials are transported.
They will also make sure that all the job tickets are filled out correctly Some of the main duties are keeping track of work status supervising installer clusters to make sure that at least two installations are done each day approving requests for more materials and reconciling inventories Supervisors are also in charge of hiring training and keeping track of installers' work
Qualifications and experience
| Requirement |

| A diploma or anything similar is the least you need |
| You must have worked in the telecom or Internet Service Provider (ISP) field for at least five years |
| Real-world experience with fiber splicing wireless microwave deployments and fiber optics including GPON |
| A lot of experience putting up and taking care of outdoor units and telecommunications equipment |
| A history of successfully leading a team and overseeing installation projects from beginning to end |
