Position Objective

Drive sales growth and market penetration of kitchen and home appliances by onboarding general traders, dealers, and wholesalers. Establish strong B2B networks in key towns: Kampala, Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, and others.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Acquisition

  • Onboard new traders, dealers, and wholesalers
  • Map and penetrate key appliance markets nationwide
  • Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends

Sales Execution & Relationships

  • Visit partners regularly to promote products and secure bulk orders
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Customer Database & Reporting

  • Build and maintain B2B customer database
  • Track engagement, orders, and performance
  • Submit weekly market visit and sales reports
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin, or related field
  • 1–3 years B2B sales experience in home appliances or electronics
  • Proven success with dealers, traders, and wholesalers
  • Deep knowledge of Uganda’s appliance market
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
